Landscape Design, Entry Gate for Vineyard & Winery.

Landscape design & hand-drawn rendering for a vineyard entry gate in Mexico.

Landscape & hardscape design and color rendering for the entry driveway gate (main entrance) for a new vineyard and winery in Aguascalientes, Mexico.
Client: Vinícola Sarmiento.
The vineyard owners asked Terence McFadden to design a concept for an entry gate that was contemporary yet referenced details from traditional Mexican architecture. The design includes local stone, a terra cotta tile roof, large romantic sconces and regional fauna including large agaves already on the property. The vineyard is part of a growing trend of Mexican wineries.
The water color style brings warmth that the owners wanted to convey to the neighboring vineyard owners and potential investors.
Medium: Hand-drawn with color.
