The builder Don Cooper requested this HOA-approval rendering to help with both the home-owner’s visualization of the remodel and the approval process. The rendering shows the new screened in porch, deck with hot tub, and stairs. Importantly, the rendering shows that the new landscaping design keeps all existing trees.
He said the warmth of the hand-drawn style in this HOA-approval rendering was more successful than a computer-generated rendering. The illustration easily won approval from the Lake Arrowhead Home Owners Association to allow construction to begin quickly.
